Resolutions Update

Well so far it's going ok.

I had my first weightwatchers weigh in on Wednesday and I was a whole 2 kilo's down. I am really pleased as it's almost the most I have ever lost in a week. The week that was better involved a huge (and I mean huge) amount of exercise!

I'm still salt free. Missing it alot! I did hope that my taste buds would have adjusted by now - day 15. It's still a struggle but at least I'm halfway through now.

Exercise hasn't been going so well - I'm finding that I'm so busy doing stuff around the house that a whole hour dedicated to exercise isn't working. I'm doing incidental exercise however with all the plastering and sanding of Trelise's bedroom.

I haven't even attempted the week of vegetarianism yet!

Great job. It is probably best to hold off on the veg for now. That may be to much to shock your body with at once LOL. I think my body would shut down without salt :)

Wow, salt free? I'd go nuts. Mmmmm...nuts. Salty nuts. Yum. Oh, sorry. lol! Congrats on your weight loss. That's great!
