Wordful Wednesday


What's so special about this butterfly?

It's a survivor!

Trelise loved her swan plant maybe a little to much! And this caterpillar survived mass caterpillar cullings (she didn't like to many on her plant), various trips around the garden and being placed directly into the summer sun.

If it wasn't amazing enough that it made it into a
chrysalis it was then picked by a certain 4 year old. It was saved by hanging inside until it emerged.

Who would have thought being a butterfly would be so stressful!

WOw. I love the shot. My neighbor girl has caterpillars and I wonder if they'll survive the handling! :) Looks like they have a chance after all :)
