I'm thinking if I publish them it's going to make me more accountable!
My first one is weight related. I'm determined to be back to my twin pre pregnancy weight. I was on track until the move and then it all went out the window and I've gained alot! I've got 8 kilo's to get to my weight watchers goal and then I'll ideally like to be 5 kilo's under that. So far day number 2 it's going well.
Second: I add a huge amount of salt to my food and I've decided to go a whole month without adding salt. Not probably a big deal to some people but to me it's quite difficult. I've survived to day number 2 and I'm hoping that my taste buds will recover soon so things will stop tasting so dull!
Third: I'm going to attempt a whole week of vegetarianism. I seem to base a lot of cooking around meat so it will take me a bit of planning but totally achieveable.
Fourth: Exercise - I'm planning on getting an hour in a day. I should be hitting the wii fit instead of typing this!
Fifth: Running - It's always something I've found really hard and I would like to run some sort of endurance race. I'm not committing myself to the length of this yet!
That's it! What are yours?

Good for you! I really think you can retrain your taste buds to accept different levels of seasoning.
Good luck with your goals! I'll cheer you on!
Good luck! You sound like you are off to a good start. I'd love to weigh what I weighed before the twins, too. If I'd quit eating croissants and cookies I'll bet I'd get there, but those damn croissants call out to me! lol!
Hey good resolutions! We eat vege so holler if you want a recipe - or menu! Also, have you seen this? http://www.kwt.org.nz/ it's an awesome event if you are looking for a fitness motivator. Nicci.
I haven't even thought about resolutions - besides sleep - I'm tired!!!
Good Luck with all of these I am sure you will do fine and we will be checking on you!!!
I am going resolution-less this year!
Good luck..eating healthy and exercising regularly is hard work!
I want to get rid of clutter htis year!!
Good luck! Great resolutions! I am also committed to eat better and work out.
Great resolutions! Exercise is on my list......but I'm resolving 20 minutes 6 days a week at least. I know I'll never stick with it if it's more. I'm lazy. :)
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I hear you on the weight. It was so much more fun eating for two then taking it off! (Sad isn't it... It has been three years for me and I still use pregnancy as my excuse) I am just LAZY! I am in a wedding in July. I need to get motivated. I have 10-15 pounds I would like to rid myself of.
I have missed you!! Glad to be back.
Wow. Good for you. I didn't make any resolutions but I would love to hit the gym or get in a bit of exercise. I plan on making that a priority this year.
